Crunch Fitness members receive a complimentary 30-minute peptide and wellness consultation with me. Members can explore approximately 30 different available wellness programs and select the option that best fits their goals. A licensed medical provider reviews each client’s health information and determines the appropriate treatment plan. Program pricing varies depending on the selected program and is clearly displayed on the EllieMD website. After a program is purchased, my personalized consulting and coaching are included at no additional charge.

I’m a Personalized Wellness Navigator who helps clients explore peptide therapy through EllieMD’s telemedicine platform. Clients receive care from licensed medical providers, and prescribed medications are fulfilled through a 503A compounding pharmacy. I also provide personalized education, support, and coaching throughout their wellness journey.
